Un fil qui aurait aussi bien sa place dans la partie Europe qu'ici...

Les sujets de coopération possibles entre la Russie et l'Europe ont été discuté à Moscou entre Popovkin et Dordain en s'appuyant sur les travaux de 2 commissions, l'une dirigée par Raykunov (Aspects scientifiques) et l'autre par Nesterov (lanceurs du futur).

Je vous laisse découvrir les propositions... Jupiter, sol de la partie polaire de la Lune, l'atmosphère de Venus, sol d'un astéroïde, observatoire astromnomique basé sur les éléments optiques de fresnel, Fusée lourde pour charge de 50T...

December 19 Roskosmos met the head of the Federal Space Agency Vladimir Popovkin and CEO of the European Space Agency Jean-Jacques Dordain.

Participants of the meeting summed up the activities created in August of this year, the working groups on science and the elimination, as well as exchanged views on prospects for Russia's participation in the project "EkzoMars."

The results of the Working Group on Science announced its co-chairman, General Director of FSUE TsNIImash Gennady Raykunov.

In the process, the working group were examined five research projects that are of potential interest: mission to Jupiter's system of landing on one of its icy satellites, the mission to deliver soil samples from the polar region of the moon, the mission to study Venus' atmosphere and landing on her mission on near-Earth asteroids delivery of soil samples to Earth, as well as the creation of an astronomical observatory on the basis of the telescope, based on the Fresnel optical elements. The most noteworthy were found Moonlight research mission, the timing of which - 2016-2020 years, and Jupiter mission (landing on the moon Ganymede), which can be started after 2020.

The meeting participants agreed with the conclusions of the working group on science and decided to proceed with the proposed project. The next stage of their implementation should be the development of technical specifications.

As for the other three projects, in the opinion of Vladimir Popovkin, you should not lose sight of them and hold them for research.

According to the head of Russian Federal Space Agency, the possibility of technical realization of these projects, no doubt, but to transform them into life from an organizational point of view should be closer cooperation between enterprises of Russia and Europe. "The next step is to connect businesses in Europe to assess the feasibility of these projects. Park boosters must meet the missions that we pledge, and do not develop by itself "- he said.

The meeting participants agreed with the conclusions of the working group on launch vehicles and supported the proposal to proceed with the draft with the condition to attract companies and space agencies of Europe, especially France and Germany.

Participants of the meeting .../cut/... exchanged views on prospects for Russia's participation in the project "EkzoMars."

Ce qui parait le plus crédible à court et moyen terme. On peut assez logiquement penser que s'il y a accord pour Mars Trace Gas Orbiter (qui plus est si la NASA maintient sa participation même réduite) la suite du programme ExoMars pourrait amplifier la coopération. Déjà en permettant à la mission 2 de se faire (rover avec analyses in-situ) ... et pourquoi pas (rêvons un peu ... c'est Noël) qu'elle soit bonifiée avec une tentative de retour d'échantillons martiens.

Pour la suite .... des missions qui sont dans les cartons depuis pas mal de temps. Les lunes glacées, des retours d'échantillons ....de belles missions qui apporteraient un réel plus dans le domaine scientifique. Mais il devient clair que cela ne se fera que dans le cadre de coopérations inter-agences, tant du point de vue "nécessité" de cumuler les savoir-faire techniques pour réussir , que de répartir les dépenses pour que cela ait une chance de se faire un jour. Un pas vers la sagesse ?
Ne pas trop s'enflammer sur les dates annoncées toutefois ..... mais une chance pour l'ESA de jouer un rôle de coordonnateur inter-agences (et donc dans une certaine mesure de chef de file) pour faire avancer ces projets

Là ..... la coopération me semble un doux rêve ... sauf à voir l'Europe (en tout cas ses dirigeants politiques) complétement réviser sa politique concernant les vols habités.
