La coopération dans le domaine spatial se développe en direction de la Turquie:
Russian and Turkish Joint Plans on Peaceful Space Exploration: Realization Begins Soon
Russia and Turkey signed a memorandum on joint peaceful space exploration on August 6, during the visit of Vladimir Putin, Chairman of the Russian Government, to Ankara.
On the Russian side the document was signed by Anatoly Perminov, Head of the Russian Federal Space Agency, who says that the memorandum covers cooperation of the countries in many space branches, such as Earth remote sensing, navigational systems and science.
Implementation of the joint plans will begin soon. Turkish experts will visit Roscosmos stand at MAKS-2009 and begin cooperative activities with the Russian scientists in September in R&D companies and institutes.
