Le Directeur de Roscosmos a donné une interview à Vest-FM.

On apprend entre autre que le nombre d'emploi dans l'industrie spatiale russe va être réduit. Il fournit les chiffres suivants:
Actuellement: en Russie il y a 230 000 personnes contre 75 000 aux USA et 43 000 en Europe.
Il compare les moyens de la Russie dans le domaine spatial à ceux de l'Europe alors qu'ils sont condidérablement plus importants aux USA.

Point important: il considère qu'il faut plus de spécialisation. Pour l'instant chaque entreprise veut construire ses satellites. Il faut au contraire optimiser les moyens.

Le problème principal: le facteur humain. Un âge moyen de 47 ans mais beaucoup qui ont soit 30 ans soit plus de 60 ans. les managers d'âge moyen sont partis dans les années 90 (chute de l'URSS).
